Great place to hang out

This is one of the most beautiful bars in Chicago. The drinks are really good and its fun to sit by the fireplace in the lounge. During Christmastime when the tree and decorations are up its stunning and one of the best places to go. We went there this evening and the ice cream sundae we had at the bar was excellent. I also had a Honeydew cocktail which had sorbet in it...delicious.

The Sunday Brunch at the...

The Sunday Brunch at the Four Seasons is very good, but keep in mind I think it's nearly impossible to have 4 Star quality foods in a buffet setting. But, as far as buffet breakfasts go, this is one of the best in the city. My husband and I hosted our post-wedding breakfast for out of town guests here because of its versatility. From the traditional eggs and waffle stations to the Asian and Mediterranean offerings, this brunch appeals to wide variety of tastes and preferences. If you're not a breakfast fan there are lots of savory options including salmon, lamb, seafood, and sushi. A few disappointments during my last visit - several items were note replenished in a timely fashion. I would read a delicious sounding food item on a display card only to open the serving dish to find it completely empty. Better communication between the staff and kitchen needed at times.

Possibly the best dining experience we have had in Chicago. Not self impressed like Trotter's or True. Better than Le Nomade or Ambria. Much better than Everest. A close call between this and Pluton and Seasons was more reasonalbly priced. Excellent food, a beautiful dining room. Superior staff. We will return.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at season's yeasterday. We had a chilled cucumber soup and several of their specialty salads. For dessert we tried their sumptuous chocolate mousse. Service was attentive without being presumptuous and the atmosphere was perfect and elegant. Will return soon for dinner!

Great work Chef Robert! My wife and I spent her 35th there and we loved it! We started with the gnocchi with 100 year old balsamic vinaigrette, outstanding, especially with a big red wine. She had venison and I had the kobe beef, both were fantastic. The wine list is moderatlly priced which was no surprise. The service was ok, our server seemed like he was running around and unorganized. We will be back!
