Don’t get us wrong: we proudly own a copy of that first Counting Crows record, and when “Harder to Breathe” comes on the radio, we turn it up. But let’s face it: the two Adams (Duritz and Levine) have certain qualities in both their personalities and singing styles that are sort of, well, annoying. But just how annoying are they? We’re glad you asked. Just in time for the Maroon 5/Counting Crows co-headlining tour, here are Metromix’s picks for the top 23* most annoying frontmen in rock.
